All you need to do is take 3 to 5 curry leaves put in your mouth and chew it . and it is extremely important that is keep chewing them until you extract almost everything out of it and they may turn into a paste or rather a liquid.

This total process may take hardly 5 minutes and the results will be simply amazing. On the other hand, if you chew it for two to three times and gulp it this won’t be that effective then, for fresh results use fresh curry leaves. It’s an old age way of using buttermilk also known as chaos Buttermilk is an excellent cleanser, buttermilk makes the roots stronger by replenishing with proteins and other essential nutrients. Simply take some unsalted chaos and with your finger and gently rub at your skull. Leave for at least 20 min and wash it off with the running cold water. Don’t use hot or Luke warm water please as warm water on the head makes the head roots weak.

Now to wash off the buttermilk.

Make sure to choose the shampoo carefully.
